Tube Axial Flow Fans

Tube Axial Flow Fans meet the mandatory requirement of ventilation and exhaust. These fans are generally available in sizes 305 mm to 1200 mm (12” to 48”) with air changing capacities ranging from 1000 CFM/1700 CMH to 35700 CFM/61000 CMH and operating pressure of ¼” to 2” water gauge static pressure.

Construction Details

Casing: Casing covers the overall length of the motor and impeller. It is fabricated from MS or SS sheet with connecting flanges on both sides. Casing is provided with foot mounting arrangement for installation purpose. Casing is also provided with inspection door for inspection & to do electrical wiring with the motor.

Impeller: It is cast aluminum with aerofoil design. It is statically and dynamically balanced for vibration free smooth running.

Motor: Reputed make FLP motors foot mounted with IP-55 protection and Class “F” insulation, TEFC sq. cage suitable for AC 3 phase 400/440V and 50 cycles electric supply, conforming to IS-325 are incorporated with the fans. Standard motors suitable for single phase electric supply can also be incorporated.

Drive Arrangements: These fans are generally offered in direct drive arrangement or in special cases in V-belt drive arrangement depending on application parameters like operating temperature, medium and corrosion etc.

Fan Accessories: Counter matching flanges, drain plug & anti-vibration rubber pads are the standard accessories supplied.
