Counter Flow Type Scrubber

Industrial Heavy Duty Counter Flow Type Scrubber, with MS powder coated or SS304 fabricated cylindrical housing, top and bottom dish ends, complete with packed column of PP pall rings with supporting perforated plate, scrubbing liquid spray system with spray nozzles, liquid inlet and outlet, gas inlet and outlet, mist eliminator, inspection windows, level indicator, overflow pipe, flanges and lug supports etc. Scrubbing liquid circulation tank is provided along with CI or PP pump with piping and flow control valves.

Alternately, material of construction of scrubber can be provided in SS316, SS316L, PP, FRP, FRB and FRV depending on the operating conditions. Likewise packed column can be incorporated with either ceramic rings, SS or MS Pall rings or PP Pall rings.
