Combined Pollution Consent from Statutory Body w.r.t. Air, Water, Noise & Solid/Hazardous Waste
In India, Combined Pollution Consent is required to be obtained for establishing new projects and for operating existing projects; from the State Pollution Control Board under the Environment Act 1986 and other relevant acts. For this purpose specific statutory procedure is required to be followed which includes submission of the Combined Consent application in the prescribed format to the authorities along with necessary data/information, documents and consent fee for processing the application. Combined Pollution Consent to Operate is required to be renewed periodically.
