Air Washer System

Air Washer System is useful in regions with hot and dry climatic conditions with low humidity. This system provides cool air circulation at wet bulb temperature up to 5 to 7°C lesser than the ambient temperature in an enclosed area.

Main components of air washer system:

1. Air filter unit consisting of primary & secondary air filters
2. Air washer section with water circulation
3. PVC mist eliminator
4. Centrifugal fresh air supply fan
5. Ducting
6. Fresh air supply grills with dampers
7. Exhaust fans or exhaust system
8. Air curtain for passage of material or personnel

MOC is MS, GI, Al or SS depending on duty conditions.
