Dust Extraction/Collection System

Dust Extraction/Collection System is used for gas/air cleaning purpose with the view to bring down the concentration of particulate matter within the statutory limit at the discharge point. The system comprises of suction hoods with flow control dampers, ducting, dust collector and centrifugal exhaust blower. Exhaust blower is installed at the discharge side of the dust collector.

Main components of dust extraction/collection system:

1. Bag Type Dust Collector (Pulse Jet, Motorized or Manual Type)
2. Suction Hoods
3. Flow Control Dampers
4. Ducting
5. Centrifugal Blower

MOC is MS, GI, Al or SS depending on duty conditions.
