Air Pressurization System

Air Pressurization System is used for maintaining dust free condition and 3 to 5 mm wg pressure within totally enclosed areas like electrical/electronic control panel rooms and clean rooms in factories or commercial premises.

Main components of air pressurization system:

1. Air filter unit consisting of primary & secondary air filters (of 20, 10, 5, 3 or 0.3 micron (HEPA))
2. Centrifugal fan for fresh air supply
3. Ducting
4. Fresh air grills with dampers
5. Gravity operated louvers for releasing excess pressure
6. Air curtain for passage of material or personnel
7. Manometer

MOC is MS, GI, Al or SS depending on duty conditions.
